Dr. Motasim is an ophthalmologist and entrepreneur who combines medical expertise with a strong background in healthcare leadership and business development. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business, Leadership & Management from University of York and has played a key role in developing modern healthcare models centered around innovation, patient experience, and operational excellence.

He led the establishment and expansion of Telescope Medical Center into one of the region’s leading specialized centers, recognized for adopting advanced medical technologies and delivering a premium, patient-focused experience.
