Dr. Motasim Masalmeh is a Jordanian ophthalmologist and entrepreneur who combines medical expertise with a visionary approach to healthcare development, media, and community impact. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from The Hashemite University in 2012 and completed his residency training in Ophthalmology at the Jordanian Royal Medical Services in 2019. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Business, Leadership and Management from the University of York, United Kingdom.
Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Masalmeh has worked on developing an integrated model that combines modern medical practice, strategic management, and innovation, placing healthcare quality and patient experience at the center of his vision.

Dr. Masalmeh founded Telescope Medical Center with a clear vision of delivering specialized healthcare services according to the highest international standards, while focusing on medical innovation, advanced technologies, and exceptional patient experiences.
Since its establishment, the center has experienced significant growth and has become one of the leading specialized medical centers in Jordan and the region. It brings together a distinguished team of physicians and consultants and provides advanced services in ophthalmology, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine. The center continues to invest in cutting-edge medical technologies and service development in line with global best practices in healthcare.
Founder of Telescope Media Group
Believing in the power of media to raise awareness and create positive impact, Dr. Masalmeh founded Telescope Media Group, which has contributed to producing numerous media projects, awareness campaigns, and advertising initiatives in collaboration with leading organizations and companies across the region.
The group focuses on creating meaningful content that combines creativity with purpose, with a particular emphasis on health, educational, and social content, reflecting the belief that media is a powerful tool for spreading knowledge and inspiring positive change.
Media Presence and “The Seven Doctors” Program
Dr. Masalmeh is recognized as one of Jordan’s prominent medical and media personalities. He has participated in numerous television and radio programs, medical conferences, and public awareness initiatives, contributing significantly to health education and public engagement.
He is also the creator and host of “The Seven Doctors,” an innovative Arabic medical program that brought together physicians from various specialties to deliver reliable and accessible health information on topics relevant to the wider community. The program gained widespread recognition across Jordan and the Arab world and played an important role in making medical knowledge more accessible through a modern and engaging format.In recognition of the program’s success and positive social impact, Dr. Masalmeh received the Best Startup Project Award in Jordan in 2018.
Community Service and Volunteer Work
Alongside his medical and professional achievements, Dr. Masalmeh is widely known for his passion for volunteer work and community service. He founded and led the “Jordan Volunteers” initiative, which implemented numerous humanitarian, health, and social programs aimed at supporting underserved communities and promoting a culture of volunteerism among young people.
He also launched the “Lessa Fi Himmeh” initiative, dedicated to supporting and caring for elderly residents in nursing homes. The initiative achieved meaningful humanitarian outcomes and helped improve the lives of many beneficiaries and their families.
In recognition of his humanitarian and community contributions, Dr. Masalmeh was awarded the Independence Medal for Excellence by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein in 2019.
